My name is Lynne and I am on big journey, why not join me!
On the 1 January 2021, I started a year of change positive.
There are several reasons why I taking this, what might seem like an extreme step of giving up nearly everything that is yummy and I love for a whole year!
But I feel that this is the right time to acknowledge some negative behaviours that have developed over the last few years and replace them with healthier, more positive behaviours.
I am in no doubt that it is going to be challenging, but I also know it will be worth it in a years time when I look back and reflect on how I took responsibility for some negative behaviours and turned them into positive ones!
Although this is a personal challenge, I also want this be about supporting others who might not have a choice about what they do or what they can change. I am passionate about animals and in particular horses and fundraising for charities who do so much for others.
So, this year I will also be raising funds for a wonderful local charity, Thanet Disabled Riding Centre, who work tirelessly to give so much so that children and adult with physical and learning challenges, can get the benefit of riding.
So, 2021 is going to be interesting, do you have a habit or behaviour you aren’t happy with? Why not join me and we can do this together!
Thanet Disabled Riding Centre has been supporting children and adults with physical and learning challenges to experience the freedom and thrill of riding these most majestic of creatures, for over 40 years.
It is run by an amazing team of volunteers, who dedicate their precious time caring for the ponies and ensuring that the clients can enjoy their special time with their equine friends.
Please can you think about making a donation, however small to this wonderful charity and help to give them a chance to support more children and adults in 2021.
Thank you Lynne
Join me for some extra support!

Happy New Year. This is the first day of my personal challenge, RESET 2021 and fundraising year for Thanet Disabled Riding Centre. Looking forward to challenges, successes and hope and raising much needed funds for a wonderful charity.
This is the fourth, and last day in the four-day countdown to launching RESET 2021 tomorrow, and today I will be very honest in sharing why this personal challenge is so important to me and how I am going to add in an extra layer of accountability, transforming my personal challenge, into one that will help to support others.
This is the third day in the four-day countdown to launching RESET 2021 on Friday, January 1 2021, and today I will explore the strategies, activities and resources I will use to prepare for the blocks I know I will come across on this journey. I will also reflect on how I will manage triggers or challenges. Then if I do stumble and fall, how I can ensure that I use it as a learning opportunity, rather than an excuse to give up completely!
This is the second in the four-day countdown to launching RESET 2021 on am sharing what metrics I am going to be using to measure my progress and success and why I am using them.
This is the first in the four-day countdown to launching RESET 2021 on Friday, January 1 2021. This is both exciting AND a bit daunting, as I have never attempted something like this, for such a significant amount of time, 365 days!
